What is Truth?
Christ the King Sunday
Christ the King Sunday is a reminder that Christ reigns as king forever, while governments come and go. It also emphasizes the importance of acknowledging Christ’s kingship in our lives, both in our minds and in our wills.
The message for this Christ the King Sunday comes from John 18, Jesus and Pilate’s encounter at Jesus’ sentencing. “What is truth?” is the question Pilate asks Jesus. And it is this question which will launch Sarah’s message into our hearts and minds. What do you know for sure and what difference does it make in your life? Come and join us in worship as we discover the solidity of God’s love and the assurance that we are loved.
