The Danger of Presumption

The Danger of Presumption

In the heart of our Communion liturgy we hear this phrase, “It is always right and appropriate that we should at all times and in all places give God our thanks and praise. This week’s message is “The Danger of Presumption” (Luke 17:11-19) where Jesus heals ten lepers and only one returns to give thanks and worship Him. We can never say “thank you” enough for all God has done for us. Expressing our thanks strengthens relationships, and everyone wants to be appreciated. This message will invite us into a life of greater thanksgiving and challenge us to be people who do not take the many gifts we have received for granted.
