Jesus Appears
The Sunday After Easter
This Sunday we hear of Jesus appearing to his disciples, and then to Thomas, in the days following his crucifixion. John’s gospel tells us “Jesus did many signs in the presence of his disciples… These are written so that you may come to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that through believing you may have life in his name.” (John 20:30-31)
