The Feeding of the 5000
This Sunday, the people of Hope are pleased to welcome guest chaplain Larry Scurry of the Hillcrest Chaplaincy Ministries in San Mateo. Hillcrest Chaplaincy is an organization that serves teens in detention so they may know Jesus Christ and provides them with Biblical values that help redirect and guide their lives. Today’s gospel lesson reveals one of Jesus’s greatest miracles, the feeding of the 5000.
