The Nativity of our Lord – Christmas Eve

The Nativity of our Lord - Christmas Eve

The familiar story of Christmas introduced a moral and spiritual revolution into the world in terms of the values we live by. Leading up to Christmas is advent, which celebrates Peace, Hope, Joy and Love. These are values that all humans seek, but remain elusive. You cannot celebrate Peace, Hope, Love, and Joy independently of their source. These values are embodied in the birth of the Christ Child, our savior. God inspires these values in us, to go out and employ them in our interactions with the people of the world. These Christmas gifts are needed to make the world a better place and lead us to eternal life.
